2. Cosa offre Long
Long è un'applicazione web installabile (PWA) che mostra i grafici dei mercati e, con un'analisi tecnica automatica, propone una direzione (long, short o attendi), un piano con entrata, stop loss e obiettivi e un calcolo della posizione.
Long non è consulenza finanziaria e non apre operazioni per tuo conto. Dà una direzione: le scelte, e la responsabilità delle scelte, restano tue. Il trading, in particolare su CFD e con leva, può far perdere denaro rapidamente, anche più di quanto previsto. Nessun segnale è garantito e i risultati passati non garantiscono quelli futuri. Usa la tua testa: rischia solo ciò che puoi permetterti di perdere e verifica sempre prezzi e condizioni sul tuo broker.
3. Prezzo
Long si acquista con un pagamento unico di 34 € (Europa) o 34 $ (USA): nessun abbonamento, nessun rinnovo e nessun addebito successivo. Il prezzo è quello indicato al momento del pagamento; il fornitore opera in regime forfettario e non addebita IVA in fattura, ove applicabile.
4. Pagamento e attivazione
Il pagamento avviene tramite Stripe: Long non riceve né conserva i dati della tua carta. L'acquisto è completato solo quando Stripe conferma il pagamento al nostro sistema. Dopo il pagamento torni su Long, dove trovi il tuo codice di attivazione: con il codice crei il tuo account scegliendo username e password.
5. Durata dell'accesso
L'accesso acquisito non ha scadenza e resta attivo per tutto il tempo in cui il servizio Long è offerto dal fornitore. Non c'è nulla da disdire. Un rimborso totale del pagamento comporta la revoca dell'accesso.
6. Fornitura immediata e recesso
Long è un servizio digitale fornito subito dopo il pagamento. Al momento del pagamento richiedi espressamente che la fornitura inizi durante il periodo di recesso e prendi atto che, a fornitura iniziata, perdi il diritto di recesso nei casi previsti dalla legge (art. 59, lett. o, Codice del Consumo). Restano salvi i tuoi diritti in caso di difetto di conformità, malfunzionamenti o addebiti errati: in questi casi contattaci dall'app.
7. Programma Invita amici
Chi ha acquistato Long riceve un link personale. Per ogni amico che acquista e paga Long tramite il tuo link maturi 3 € di credito premio (3 $ per gli utenti del mercato USA); ogni 10 amici validi (30 € o 30 $) puoi richiedere una gift card Amazon (Amazon.com per gli USA), accumulabile senza limite. Il credito non è denaro e non è convertibile in contanti. Il regolamento completo (verifica di 15 giorni, scadenza, casi esclusi) è nell'app, sezione Invita amici → Regolamento, e prevale su questo riepilogo.
8. Dati personali
Trattiamo i dati necessari al servizio: email, username, preferenze, diario dei segnali e dati dell'acquisto (ricevuti da Stripe). La funzione «Collega il tuo broker» elabora le immagini solo sul tuo computer: non vengono registrate né inviate. Titolare del trattamento è il fornitore indicato al punto 1. Per accesso, rettifica o cancellazione dei dati contattaci dall'app.
L'estensione facoltativa Long Connect (Chrome ed Edge) legge, solo sui siti che colleghi tu, il testo visibile della pagina del broker: prezzi, spread, saldo, equity, margine, profitto/perdita e posizioni aperte. Non legge campi di inserimento né password e non invia mai ordini; scrive nei campi dell'ordine (quantità, stop loss, take profit) solo quando premi «Incolla piano nel broker», e l'ordine lo invii sempre tu. Non invia i dati a noi: li passa soltanto alla scheda di Long aperta sullo stesso computer. Puoi scollegare un sito o rimuovere l'estensione in qualsiasi momento. I numeri letti possono essere incompleti o errati: confrontali sempre con il tuo broker.
Se usi Long Bridge (MetaTrader 4 e 5) o attivi «Vedi il broker anche sul telefono», l'ultima lettura del conto (prezzi, saldo, margine, posizioni aperte, nome del broker) viene inviata al server di Long con una chiave personale: viene sovrascritta a ogni invio, la può leggere solo il tuo account e la cancelli spegnendo il ponte o creando una nuova chiave. Long Bridge non apre, non modifica e non chiude operazioni e non riceve le tue credenziali del broker.
9. Disponibilità del servizio
I dati di mercato provengono da fonti terze e possono subire ritardi, interruzioni o differenze rispetto al tuo broker. Facciamo il possibile per un servizio continuo ma non garantiamo l'assenza di errori o interruzioni.

2. What Long offers
Long is an installable web app (PWA) that shows market charts and, through automated technical analysis, suggests a direction (long, short or wait), a plan with entry, stop loss and targets, and a position calculation.
Long is not financial advice and never places trades for you. It gives a direction: the choices, and the responsibility for them, are yours. Trading, especially CFDs with leverage, can lose money rapidly, even more than expected. No signal is guaranteed and past results don't guarantee future ones. Use your own judgement: risk only what you can afford to lose and always check prices and conditions with your broker.
3. Price
Long is bought with a one-time payment of €34 (Europe) or $34 (USA): no subscription, no renewals and no further charges. The price is the one shown at payment; the provider operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme and does not charge VAT where applicable.
4. Payment and activation
Payment is handled by Stripe: Long never receives or stores your card details. The purchase is complete only once Stripe confirms the payment to our system. After paying you return to Long, where you find your activation code: with it you create your account choosing your username and password.
5. Duration of access
The access you buy has no expiry and stays active for as long as the provider offers the Long service. There is nothing to cancel. A full refund of the payment revokes the access.
6. Immediate supply and withdrawal
Long is a digital service supplied right after payment. When paying you expressly request that supply starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once supply has started, you lose the right of withdrawal where the law provides (art. 59(o) Italian Consumer Code). Your rights in case of non-conformity, malfunctions or wrong charges remain: contact us from the app.
7. Invite friends program
Users who bought Long get a personal link. For each friend who buys and pays for Long through your link you earn €3 of reward credit ($3 for U.S. market users); every 10 valid friends (€30 or $30) you can request an Amazon gift card (Amazon.com in the USA), accumulating without limit. Credit is not money and cannot be converted into cash. The full rules (15-day verification, expiry, exclusions) are in the app, Invite friends → Rules, and prevail over this summary.
8. Personal data
We process the data needed for the service: email, username, preferences, signal journal and purchase data (received from Stripe). The "Link your broker" feature processes images only on your computer: they are never recorded or sent. The data controller is the provider in section 1. For access, correction or deletion contact us from the app.
The optional Long Connect extension (Chrome and Edge) reads, only on the sites you connect, the visible text of your broker page: prices, spread, balance, equity, margin, profit/loss and open positions. It never reads form fields or passwords and never sends orders; it writes into the order fields (quantity, stop loss, take profit) only when you press «Paste plan into broker», and you always send the order. It never sends the data to us: it only passes it to the Long tab open on the same computer. You can disconnect a site or remove the extension at any time. The numbers read may be incomplete or wrong: always compare them with your broker.
If you use Long Bridge (MetaTrader 4 and 5) or turn on «See my broker on my phone too», the latest account reading (prices, balance, margin, open positions, broker name) is sent to Long's server with a personal key: it's overwritten at every send, only your account can read it and you delete it by turning the bridge off or creating a new key. Long Bridge never opens, changes or closes trades and never receives your broker credentials.
9. Service availability
Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, interrupted or differ from your broker. We do our best to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted.
